California Kingsnakes
This particular species of Kingsnake has always been my favourite, you cannot get a more iconic snake in the hobby – if you have been keeping snakes a long time then at some point I bet you have kept a California Kingsnake and if not it is about time you did!
They are a great snake: quite small averaging around 3-4ft in length and pretty slender - you may get some exceptions but not often – unless over-fed & believe me it is easy to overfeed these guys as they are pigs and will eat pretty much anything! They are easy to keep like most Kingsnakes and seldom have any problems.
There are many varieties of California Kingsnakes from locality specific to the various colour morphs being produced now, so something for everyone. I have collected some of the different colour varieties and locality types from US breeders and over the years have added my own UK bred snakes to increase my collection.
Helvetica Light is an easy to read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
